COUNTRYSIDE, Ill.– (March 5, 2015)–Scheck Industries (www.goscheck.com), a full-service national industrial piping, mechanical, boiler and process controls construction contractor, announces that Gary Potesta has been promoted from General Manager Construction to Vice President Operations. Mr. Potesta has more than twenty five years of experience in the heavy industrial construction field. His experience includes a combination of operations, strategic planning, project management, field supervision and hands- on construction. He began his construction career as a pipefitter apprentice, advancing steadily to the highest levels of construction management. He will report to Randy C. Peach, Scheck president and CEO.

Mr. Potesta’s new role officially supports Scheck’s Field Capital and Maintenance Projects. “I believe I work for our project managers and our jobsite lead managers,” Mr. Potesta said, “to do everything we can to establish the safest work environment and to meet all of our corporate goals.”
