Randy has more than 15 years of related work experience in construction, operations, project controls, proposal development and project management. He began his career as a local union 597 Pipefitter’s apprentice. In 2001, he joined Scheck Industries as Project Executive for the Newington Energy Project in New Hampshire. He later served as a home office Project Executive. In mid 2002, he was appointed to Vice President of Operations. Randy has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career, including superintendent; estimator; lead estimator; project manager; operations manager and Vice President for three separate mechanical contractors in the Chicago land and Northwest Indiana localities.
