Russ has more than forty five years experience in the construction industry. Starting as a pipe fitter welder, Russ progressed to the level of General Superintendent, working in various supervisory positions for the past thirty three years.

For fifteen years, Russ was involved with Scheck’s out-of-town projects working in 15 states with dozens of local unions.

Russ has vast experience in the power, petrochemical, petroleum refining, food and beverage, pulp and paper, and instrumentation fields.
