 One of the latest innovations for Scheck Industries rolled out of production in late 2003. The Scheck Industries Mobile Welding Certification Facility was constructed to aid in the development of Scheck’s Mobile Production Process. Scheck Industries understands the needs and requirements of customers all across the country, and continues to improve the safety, quality, and production associated with our projects. The Mobile Welding Certification Facility provides Scheck projects with a state of the art, fully equipped welding testing facility for quality control and assurance monitoring of its personnel.
Testing Stations
The inside of the testing facility houses eight separate stations for quality control testing of many different types of welding procedures. Each booth  contains both GMAW and STAW capabilities, which allow for testing of multiple welding procedures, including high alloy metals such as chrome and nickel. The mobile welding certification facility is heated and ideal conditions exist to test any welder for almost any procedure.
Safety
All of the appropriate safety and standard pre-cautions have been reviewed and installed within each station. The testing facility contains multiple exhaust fans and drain spots (for gases that are heavier than air), to accommodate any and all safety requirements needed for the facility’s use.
The mobile welding certification facility is another innovation ahead of it’s time, and incorporated into the Scheck vision of mechanical construction for today and tomorrow.
