Pete Seklins is a 35-year construction industry veteran. He began his career as an estimator, interpreting blue prints and specifications for projects in Chicago, Illinois and surrounding areas. Pete advanced as an estimator to assistant project manager, project manager, and finally regional manager of the first Scheck satellite office in Battle Creek, Michigan.
This progression included six years at a Fortune 500 process controls firm where his duties included estimating, application engineering, and sales support for national and international projects. In 2009, Pete celebrated his 25th year at Scheck Industries. After opening the Battle Creek office in 1988 Pete has helped Scheck Industries, and Scheck Technical Services grow into one of the largest privately owned mechanical/instrument contractors in the United States. As vice president of Scheck Technical Services he continues to grow the client base and sustain Scheck Technical Services’ position as one of the pre-eminent national process controls company.
