Executive Leadership
Randy Peach is the president of Scheck Industries and its family of Companies. He has over 35 years of extensive construction expertise and experience in heavy industrial piping, boiler and process controls construction at all levels, including field and management.
Vincent ‘Vinny’ Serna is the executive vice president and corporate secretary of the Scheck Industries’ companies. He has over 30 years of experience in all phases of industrial and commercial construction and provides support and oversight to Operations and Accounting. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, he brings valuable insight to all of Scheck’s diversified business units.
Doug Pellegrino is the Chief Financial Officer at Scheck Industries. He has over 30 years of experience in Construction Accounting. His responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer include, but are not limited to, work-in-progress reporting, financial statement preparation and general ledger maintenance. When not at work, Doug enjoys sports, coaching and exercising.
Patrick M. Lynch serves as Vice President of Operations, bringing a strong foundation of field experience, technical expertise, and leadership to the organization. He began his career with the company as an intern in the estimating department while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University. From the outset, Patrick’s work ethic, initiative, and commitment to excellence quickly distinguished him as a rising leader within the company.
Brian Harris is Vice President of Estimating and Procurement, leading the estimating, procurement and project planning efforts for all of Scheck Industries. He has over 35 years of experience working throughout many diverse areas of the mechanical construction industry, ranging from commercial HVAC and mechanical service to heavy industrial piping, equipment and boiler services.
Mike Arends is Vice President – Construction, Mike oversees all aspects of sales, planning and construction activities for Scheck Industries. His oversight of our projects in both the maintenance and capital construction areas is a pivotal part of our customer satisfaction program. Mike has been with Scheck for over 25 years and has served in many capacities with the company over the years shepherding Scheck from its early beginnings to where it stands today as one of the largest service providers in the country.
